Hi, Base on my research, if we set true for Removeoldmeetingmessages, then when we update a meeting, the original meeting will be replaced with the updated one. But if we set false for Removeoldmeetingmessages, then we can see two meetings, one is the original, the other is the updated one. So I think that the Calendar Attendant just removes old(original) and redundant updates and responses. Besides, I think it could be enabled on each mailbox by default. We can use Get-mailboxcalendarsettings |fl to check all the calendarsettings on each mailbox. Regards, Xiu

Thanks for your reply; We have a client which is an university, in which the students bookthe calendar of a professor using a web application. This application pulls the calendar details of all the professors using an admin account which has full mailbox permission on their mailbox. Each time a student books the calendar of a professor a meeting request is also sent to the admin account which is filling up its mailbox. So we just want to clean up the calendar items at a certain period of interval without logging into Outlook, is there any cmdlet for the same to do it from Shell.Warm Regards,Nandish N M
